Poms of Color

Hi all! It has been a beautiful week in DC! 70 degrees everyday this week! :) Its time to break out the bright colored decor because spring is here! :)

I've always loved the vintage feel of yarn pom poms but when I saw this, it took that love to a whole new level!

So I bought this

and made some!

Here is a great tutorial on how to use the pom pom maker tool.

And here is what I came up with:

I used some aqua, creme, yellow, grey and coral yarn I found at Walmart. These are all the colors used in my home as of late. ;)
Miss E feels left out if she doesn't get to be in a picture

I also picked up a new friend over the week...
I've been looking for a vintage yellow rotary phone for a long long long long time. I guess the yellow rotary phones are a little harder to find so when I saw this one, I snatched it up lickity split!

Its such a happy yellow color...I love it!
Miss E does too. She plays telephone on it everyday...

Have a happy springy day!

Love, Sierra
