Ruffled Slip
One of my very favorite dresses that dwells in my closet has to be this one...
I just love everything about this beautiful Anthro dress but the detail is exquisite. The only thing I dislike is the length. Its a bit short for my taste. Its not bad unless I bend over (which seems to always happens at church- picking up toys ect.). It has this lovely (but not practical for a mommy) slit up the back. So I decided to add to it with a a slip...
Yep, I found one of those $8 granny slips at the store and added some lace and muslin and voila!
A little added ruffle...
I think it turned out rather well and I'm so excited to wear it to church on Sunday! :)
