I was in JoAnn Fabrics the other day picking up some dolly supplies when I saw this...

Its still so surreal for me but I'm so thankful for the incredible opportunity to be on the cover and the inside of the spring 2012 Haute Handbags magazine. It is truly an honor and I still can't believe my eyes when I see it!

Months back, I was asked by Haute Handbags if I would like to submit my ruffled tote. After I had sent in the bag, the editor had seen my Chevron Zippered pouch and asked if I could submit it as well.

Since I had sent that zippered pouch off to a friend for her birthday, I made her one similar to it along with another one so she could choose which one she liked best.

I was surprised and thrilled when I received a copy of the magazine to find out that all 3 of my projects were featured...

There are so many talented artists in this issue! You can snag a copy at craft stores, Barnes & Noble or online fabric stores. :)

How was your Easter?!

I'm still recovering from mine... :)

My family visited and

We were able to enjoy a lovely Easter egg hunt

and we may have had a very fun girls day antique shopping and such...

Where I found some vintage dollies and a really snazzy vintage style house number at one of my favorite shops in downtown Ellicott City...

I hope your Easter weekend was absolutely lovely!

Happy Crafting!

Love, Sierra

That is so awesome Sierra! Seriously, congratulations! I've been to downtown Ellicott City too. My husband's aunt lives there. It's the cutest town I think I've ever been to.
